G.S.R. 362(E) : - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (7) of section 22F of the Wealth tax Act, 1957 (27 of 1957) and in supersession of the Wealth-tax Settlement Commission (Procedure) Rules, 1987, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Wealth-tax Settlement Commission hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement
2. Application of Income-tax Settlement Commission
(Procedure) Rules 1997
3. Definitions
