N O T I F I C A T I O N
G.S.R._______ . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to regulate the method of recruitment to the post of Administrative Officer in the Settlement Commission (Income-tax/Wealth-tax), namely :-
1. Short title and commencement
2. Number of posts, classification and scale of pay
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc.
4. Disqualification's : No person
5. Power to relax
6. Saving
